Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Ground:
We offer Complimentary Ground Shipping via USPS or UPS on all U.S. orders over $125. The shipment will normally be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
For Express/Second Day Delivery or Overnight Delivery, your order must reach us by 12:00 PM CST and the shipping option must be selected in check-out. The shipment will normally be delivered within two business days.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a USPS or UPS tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, hotel or motel address. We are currently working on International Shipping, but at the moment we can only ship to the contiguous 48 states.
RETURNS
You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Within 14 days of your order, please send an email to info@279fragrance.com with a return request, letting us know the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved we will send you a shipping label.
- Please be sure that the candles are protected and packed securely so that they arrive in good condition.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns, please save tracking information.
- We do not accept exchanges at this time.
- Used candles cannot be returned or refunded, however, we will replace or refund products damaged in transit. Photo proof must be shown within 14 days for return acceptance.
