Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order. However, with an account you are able to track your orders, review previous orders, and save payment information and address details for a quicker check out.

What forms of payment are accepted online?

We're mainly collecting your name and address. Don't worry, we won't spam you with emails if you don't want to hear from us.

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order please send an email to info@279fragrance.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.

What are your shipping methods & costs?

We offer Complimentary Ground Shipping via USPS or UPS on all U.S. orders over $125. Orders under $125 will be determined at checkout and is based upon weight of package and distance from shipping warehouse. The shipment will normally be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Yes, as required by law, sales tax is applied by state.

We are currently working on International Shipping, but at the moment we can only ship to the contiguous 48 states.
