We will start accepting orders on Nov 29 and will begin shipping orders on Dec 9!
Orders will typically ship within 2-3 business days from when we receive your order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
27.9 offers flat rate shipping of $10 and complimentary ground shipping on any order over $99 (before taxes). Our standard shipping is USPS Priority (Mon-Sat delivery).
At this time we are unable to ship to addresses without a recipient. This includes P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping

Return Policy
FULL-PRICE ITEMS
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, 27.9 is happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 14 days of your delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using USPS Priority Mail as this will ensure you receive tracking and insurance should there be an issue.

All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
DAMAGES
If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email info@279fragrance.com within 14 days and include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Care team will be in contact with you shortly to provide with possible options.
Please note: Once the product is removed from its protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.
